Insurance Response · Platform Roadmap
A deliberately phased roadmap. Nothing switched on early.
The Insurance Response layer expands in controlled phases. Each phase is gated by approval, data-protection review and client-scoped permissions — so capability never runs ahead of governance.
Phased Delivery
Five phases, each separately approved.
- Phase 1Current focus
Manual pilot packs and privacy-safe MI exports
Structured pilot review packs and CSV-safe MI exports produced through controlled, human-led processes.
- Phase 2Planned
Read-only authenticated API
A read-only, authenticated API surface for approved reporting consumers — subject to data-protection review.
- Phase 3Planned
Event-based workflow sync
Event-based synchronisation of workflow milestones between systems, under scoped permissions.
- Phase 4Future
Separate insurer portal with scoped client access
A separate, permissioned insurer review portal with client-scoped access controls.
- Phase 5Future
Advanced workflow intelligence and reporting
Deeper workflow intelligence, benchmarking and reporting layers built on the governed data model.
Live integration, insurer portal access and automated sync require separate approval, data-protection review and client-scoped permissions.
Is GAAS LAW integrated with Jigsaw or insurer systems today?
No. Today the Insurance Response layer operates as Phase 1: manual pilot packs and privacy-safe MI exports produced through controlled, human-led processes. There is no live Jigsaw integration, no insurer portal and no automated sync. Later phases — read-only authenticated API, event-based workflow sync, a separate scoped insurer portal and advanced workflow intelligence — each require separate approval, data-protection review and client-scoped permissions.
Data boundary
Jigsaw remains the operational source of truth for live accommodation cases. GAAS LAW is designed as a separate workflow, audit and review layer. Sensitive data, raw payloads, medical or vulnerability free-text and document contents should not be synced or exposed unless expressly approved under the correct data-protection and security controls.
Controlled Pilot
Put a workflow control layer behind your accommodation response.
Whether you are an insurer, loss adjuster, claims team or accommodation partner, GAAS LAW can support a controlled pilot with structured intake, audit trails, SLA observation and privacy-safe management information.
